Connections is one free account for small business owners and event organizers. It keeps your contacts and what you know about each of them, notes and transcripts of your calls, the events you host or attend, and the emails you send.
People who run something: a firm, a practice, a shop, a community, a side business. If you keep other people's details, book things with them and chase the work afterwards, this is the account behind it. If you do not run anything, you probably will not need it.

No. A one-time code sent to your email is the default way in, so there is no password to invent or forget. You can set one later if you would rather sign in that way.
